Setting up your email domain name OX Cloud US

If you want to use a Domain name from a different provider than where you purchased your OX Cloud account from you'll need to change your Domain Settings with your Domain Provider so that they point to OX Cloud.

  1. Log in to your account at your domain host.
Need help? Contact your domain host’s Support team. Domain hosts are experts in Domain Settings, and setup is a common task.
  2. Go to the section where you can update your DNS records. It might be called something like "DNS Management," “Mail Settings,” or "Advanced Settings."
  3. Delete any existing MX & SPF records.
If you can’t delete the existing records, change their priority number to 20 or higher.
  4. Add the MX & SPF records for the OX Cloud mail servers from the tables below.
If your domain host limits the number of MX records, just add the first and third records in this table.
